Authorised Sub-processor Register

Feely Consulting Limited trading as Onlinetradesmen (“Onlinetradesmen”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses selected service providers to help provide the Onlinetradesmen Service.

This Register relates specifically to providers engaged where Onlinetradesmen acts as a processor of personal data on behalf of a Business User. It is not a list of every technology, software, hosting, analytics or professional service provider used by Onlinetradesmen for its own business purposes.

Quote2Invoice

Where a Business User stores or processes personal data relating to its own customers, suppliers or other contacts using Quote2Invoice, the Business User will ordinarily act as controller and Onlinetradesmen will act as processor to the extent that we process that personal data on the Business User's behalf.

Location: Slovenia, European Economic Area.

Purpose: Provision of invoicing infrastructure and associated processing used to provide Quote2Invoice, including the creation, processing, storage and management of customer records, quotations, invoices and related documents.

Data: Depending on the Business User's use of Quote2Invoice, this may include customer and business contact details, addresses, tax or VAT information, quotation and invoice information, descriptions of goods or services, amounts, payment information and related business records.

Studio 404 d.o.o. may use authorised downstream processors as necessary to provide its infrastructure and services. Information concerning downstream processors relevant to the processing of Quote2Invoice Customer Data is available to Business Users through our Help & Support service or other compliance information made available through their account.

Other Onlinetradesmen Service Providers

Onlinetradesmen also uses service providers to operate its own business, including providers of customer relationship management, hosting, communications, analytics, security, support and other business services.

Where those providers process personal data for purposes determined by Onlinetradesmen, they act as processors or service providers to Onlinetradesmen in its capacity as controller and are not included in this Quote2Invoice sub-processor Register merely for that reason.

Information about how Onlinetradesmen processes personal data for its own purposes is provided in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, through our cookie and privacy preference tools.

Onlinetradesmen Pay

Onlinetradesmen Pay uses Stripe Connect. Business Users who choose to use Onlinetradesmen Pay create or connect a Stripe Connected Account and enter into the applicable agreement with Stripe.

Stripe's processing in connection with the Connected Account and payment services is governed by the applicable Stripe terms and privacy documentation. Further information about Onlinetradesmen Pay is available in our Business User Terms & Conditions.

Changes to Sub-processors

Business Users provide general authorisation for Onlinetradesmen to engage sub-processors in accordance with the Business User Terms.

Where required by applicable data-protection law, we will provide affected Business Users with prior notice of the addition or replacement of a relevant sub-processor and provide an opportunity to raise a reasonable objection on data-protection grounds.
